What is your returns policy?
We accept returns up to 30 days from transaction. Please post your products to be returned back to us at Wilsons Workwear, Townholm, Kilmarnock, KA3 1BB and we will issue a refund once it has been received. We do not cover the postage costs to post the items back to us.
How much is delivery?
Our mainland UK delivery is £3.80 and we offer free shipping for orders over £99.

What time is Wilsons Workwear store open?
Our store is open Monday – Friday 08:30am -16:30pm and Saturday 08:00am -12:00pm. Sundays our store is closed.
When is the cut off time for next day delivery?
If the item is in stock, the cut off time for next day delivery is at 12:00 am.
Why is my order not going through?

How long does it take to process a refund?We process refunds the same day they are requested, providing that we have received the products back.
How long does it take to process an exchange?
Once we receive the items back we aim to dispatch the new items within 1-2 business days.
